Finding the check in office was a challenge since it was dark and we had no idea of where we were going. When you check in, be sure you Bring your RCI confirmation, we did not. So that was a small hassle. But from there on, it had been magnificent! Guest services was great helping us plan our stay. The grocery store was marvelous, and the deli staff made a late night dinner for us with a smile!
Absolutely beautiful! The amenities are great and the rooms are comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. You can go to the local market or go to Queens Market to get food/supplies, so it's a nice location.
Absolutely amazing resort. Great if you want to tour around the island and plenty to do if you just want to stay and relax.
