The suite was clean & comfortable. Cleaning staff did a great job. Put the rest of my dishes in the dishwasher & ran it. I didn't expect that. It was a nice surprise. They were all items that I hand washed at home. Desk staff are not as friendly and are not as willing to provide the customer service that we have gotten everywhere else on this complex. That part is disappointing.
Suites are nicely appointed and fully equipped for a family stay. Easily the better option than the Hilton hotel 3 minutes away. Pools and the family friendly atmosphere is the highlight of the property. The ability to fill the fridge to.your liking makes a huge difference in dining options. Staying here while on the big island is a no brainer.
We've stayed at the King's Land Hilton timeshare before, but never the Kohala Suites. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The soaking tub in the master suite was huge. The on-site pool is small and would get very crowded if the property was busy. You are able to catch a shuttle to the Hilton Waikoloa resort and use swim in that massive pool though. Overall I had a great experience here.
Comfortable and welcoming. Issues we're resolved quickly and with smile. Shuttles are available to go to near by shopping markets.
I thought the service was exceptional. If we called for something, housekeeping arrived two minutes later.
This was one of the most professional timeshares we have stayed at and one of the best experiences we have had in a long time and we travel and trade all over several times a year.j
