I ordered a mushroom fettuccine and first time we got a shrimp fettuccine, when I pointed it out they took it away tried to fish the shrimp and added few mushrooms and brought it back as mushroom fettuccini. Half way into the lunch I found more shrimps at the bottom. Found myself cheated...this is not what we expect from a big restaurant... never recommend this restaurant....

I never saw these poor reviews before eating here. My experience was phenomenal! We arrived right when they opened, staff was very friendly, table bread was mouth watering, macaroni balls appetizer was indescribably amazing, the dinner was also incredible... I would be willing to say that I haven't had a dining experience like this in years. Would go back in a heartbeat
The food was horrible! Pre-fab, badly prepared, waste of money and horrible first impression of the area. We had a long day of travel and needed to eat, we made the horribly regrettable decision to try the Macaroni grill. Burnt gross chicken parm, pizza on prefab crust, too much cheese, barely any meat topping, no point taking leftovers, it was garbage! Also seated under air conditioner that kept dripping on us and the server seemed like he'd rather be anywhere else (couldn't blame him). Do not eat here. The food court was much better.

One of the worst dinners I have ever had. The food is quite bad and very far from being Italian. The pizza (Italian sausage) was dry and chewy with low quality ingredients. The pasta (penne rustica) was edible but it didn’t match the description on the menu. Besides the food the worst part of the meal was one staff member that kept sneezing when she was walking past our table. That was the last straw and at that point we had to complain. On a positive note, after speaking to management our meal was comped. Hats off to the management and our server for taking care of the problem. Avoid this place.
