We spent one week here during my conference in the nearby Hilton which is in 10 minutes walking distance. Apartments are big. Pool and jacuzzi are great. Garden and the trees at the entrance are to die for. Rooms could have been cleaner. We found peanuts on the floor, dirty tissue, and cockroaches.
Beautiful Hawaiian style condos and great onsite staff by South Kohala Management. Enjoyed amazing sunsets everyday at A Bay. I definitely recommend the Vista Waikoloa condos to anyone planning a Big Island vacation.
My family booked 3 condos from South Kohala Management and everything was great. The condos are spacious and had all the supplies we needed for a week in paradise. I had read some reviews that cleanliness was an issue in some units but after reading the reviews more closely it sounds like they were rented off vrbo. I was very happy with the cleanliness of our accommodations and being able to check in at the property was a huge plus! Anything we needed we could just ask their staff at the front desk. Everyone was very friendly and local to the island so they staff gave us great tips and history of the area. Overall it was a great experience booking with the management company.
