Rachelle could not have been more UNhelpful. We did not receive any kind of greeting upon entering the store (because she was on the phone) and remained absolutely silent the whole time my sisters and I shopped. I have been in retail my entire life and had I treated customers in this manner, I know for a fact I would have been fired. We were rung up incorrectly and after questioning her reasoning multiple times, she refused to budge or call her manager for clarification. We returned the next day to speak with the manager Whitney who was so pleasant and understanding. If you ever happen to shop here, make SURE it is not Rachelle who is working or you will definitely be overcharged!
