I visited Hawaii for a once-in-a-lifetime anniversary trip with my husband last year, and when we there, he purchased a cute rose-gold bracelet with a little sea turtle for me. I never lose things, so imagine my dismay when I actually did lose this special memento a couple of months ago! I called around to different Martin & MacArthur stores to purchase a new one, and Linda Cappeto from this store made it her mission to find a replacement for me. Well, I just got it today - beautifully packaged and with a lovely card from Linda. It is an exact duplicate of the one I lost, and I couldn't be happier. Best customer service EVER!!! Mahalo!
