My wife and I stayed in Paniolo Greens L-101 for 3 weeks starting April 17, 2015. We thought it was a very nice condo. It is well equipped, very well taken care of and the Hawaiian Dream Properties folks are very attentive to needs. Within 1 hour of being there, my wife picked up one of the glasses out of the cupboard and the bottom fell off of it. I mentioned that to HDP in an e-mail and that very evening Jim delivered a set of brand new glasses for the condo. L-101 is as nice as any place we have ever stayed at on the Big Island and better than most.

We have had a condo for the past 4 years which we contracted with Hawaiian Dream Properties to be the Property Manager as it was for a long term rental. We found that Jim Albone and HDP staff really friendly and competent. Any issues were quickly handled and in a cost effective way. During this time there was no time that we were disappointed with their services. When we sold the condo, HDP was the listing agent and the sale went quickly and with no problems.
