These two gals are sharp and customer service orientated.
I Ordered and purchased a bit from the online portal as well as ala moana location and (recently) the waikoloa property. Ive been in the Waikoloa property NOW for four occasions. I must say ANNE LEE........she's ultimately the most grounded/humble being in that establishment. There's this one AND ONLY asian (japanese looking) rep, i didnt quite get her name ONLY due the treatment she portray to me as A YUPPY or hi-maka maka individual. Dont waste your time going to her. She's overly reserved, no personality, ONLY interested in the money flow of the tourist. Where as ANNE LEE really paid deep attention to detail on the customer interaction and request. Even the haole Manager of the store took the time to GREET & ASSIST.
We had a great experience last week at Tiffany & Co. in Kings' Shops. We were warmly greeted by Anne who also introduced us to the manager, Matt. Both were extremely accommodating and very knowledgeable. We ended up buying more than we had come in for because they were so good!
For the life of me....a local gal, born and raised in hawaii.

I will acknowledge professional service and disregard inactive status judgers. I've been a loyal T&CO member, but being looked down by this one person.......will persuade me to venture OUT. BUT if ever your present at the Waikoloa location, you will INDEED notice ANNE LEE and go forth with her guidance.
