Stayed at the Hilton Waikoloa Beach and worked with the agent in house. He set us up and worked an extra day in. The upgrade was awesome, I now know what car I am going to buy next time around. :)
Tyson (Ty) is the BEST rental agent that I have interacted with. Very classy guy, super knowledgeable about island, customer care focused and aware of car options. The rental office is located inside hotel, just off lobby. Great vehicle selection and fast pickup & dropoff service with valet team at front entrance.
Now I'll have to fight with the company to get my nearly 1000 USD back
Great service. Valet gets the car for you. i left our iPad in the car and they had it to me within the hour. Cheaper to rent for only specific days you need the car as parking costs money at the Hilton
